SHIPPING

We regularly ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders being shipped outside of the contiguous United States or internationally will be billed for actual shipping costs, which will be higher than what is quoted below (or during checkout). Any necessary increases to shipping costs will be e-mailed to you when we process your order.

Shipping cost will depend on where the items are being shipped. Contact us for a quote.

Shipping is $50 per saddle.

Shipping is based on total cost which will calculate as you add items to your cart.

RETURNS

• Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us within 30 calendar days of their original shipping date (that is, the date that your item(s) left the warehouse -- not the date that you received your order).
• All returned (or exchanged) items must be in unused condition.
• Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• When shipping a return, we strongly advise that you insure your shipment and obtain a tracking number.
• We will not provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive your package.
• Special orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
• If in doubt, please contact Hoof ‘n’ Paw before shipping anything back to us. Shipping and handling will be charged on any items that have to be returned to you due to failure to observe these guidelines.
• Perishable pet foods must be returned in person by the customer in the same state they were received (ie frozen foods must remain frozen).
